Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered, as our items are personal care goods.

However, if your package arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@thebotanicblends.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • No returns on opened or used products.

  • No returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
