1. Where can I check my order details?

To view your order details, simply log in to your account on our website at (www.itsmanthan.com). Once logged in, navigate to the "My Orders" section to access all your past orders.

Alternatively, a confirmation of your order will be sent to both your registered WhatsApp number and email after placing the order

 

2. Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we are unable to modify the address.

If you'd like to change the address to an international location, please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. However, if you have selected international shipping and would like to change the delivery address to India, the shipping fees will be refunded as Store Credit.

3. Where are my tracking details?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such. 

 

4. Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?

Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ returns within India. We do not extend this service out of India.

Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us and provide a full Store Credit.

 

5. Are your products safe for all hair types?

Yes, most Ayurvedic hair care is formulated to be gentle and effective for all hair types. However, specific products might be better suited for certain concerns, such as dryness, oiliness, or hair fall. It's best to check the product description to find the right fit for your needs.

 

6. Do your products have any side effects?

Since Ayurvedic products are made from natural ingredients, they generally have minimal to no side effects. However, as with any natural product, some individuals might have an allergy to a specific herb. It's always recommended to do a patch test before using a new product.
